Lech Bialy, a technical engineer in Project Office of Szczecin and an expert in the range of heating systems, established his own business BITERMO in 1989. At the beginning, the basic range of company's activity was designing and performing large industrial boiler systems. Thanks to the Owner's long-standing experience, the company won some significiant contractors and business partners.

In 1997 the older son Rafal joined his father Lech Bialy, and the younger son Pawel did so 3 years later. Experience, vigour and new ideas were the reasons for changes following in the further business development.

Since 2004 the company have been diversificating deeply the activity range. The following reference was developed:

Demands of market and contractors have determined directions of the company expansion. Further diversification assumes future implementation of production activity and setting offices in other Polish cities. Plans assume also research development in the range of regulation and technology processes related to heat management.
